After grading we only used matured vanilla beans those got little yellow tip for curing process. In order to get quality Vanilla flavor and vanillin content we always follow our traditional Vanilla curing process. Because of our well controlled vanilla beans processing, we are able to get dark brown, fleshy, oily vanilla beans. Our top Vanilla beans grades have 30-40% of moisture. The lower Vanilla beans grades are for vanilla extracting or ground vanilla.
