Sri Lanka vanilla beans are hand-selected and vacuum-sealed to ensure optimal freshness. Grade A Vanilla Beans are very long, dark brown beans with a moisture level of 25–30%. The Grade A vanilla pods are delicate and flexible, and they contain tiny vanilla seeds.
