Shipping and Returns

Vanilla Ceylon takes great care in the sourcing, production and shipping of all products.  If you are not happy with a standard size retail vanilla purchase  from us, contact us within 30 days we will provide a replacement or refund of the purchase price.  

We are not able to accept returns on any opened bulk packages. Please carefully inspect bulk orders upon delivery – and prior to opening – for damage caused during shipping. We strongly encourage ordering our products in smaller standard retail sizes of vanilla beans products prior to purchasing larger/bulk orders.  If you purchase a standard retail size, and place an order for a bulk equivalent with 15 days, we will credit the standard retail size purchase price on your first bulk order.
