Vanilla Lanka Pvt Ltd started in 2010 on a small scale with the least infrastructure and know-how. With the gradual expansion, we were able to export our vanilla beans to many countries around the world. We are the number one Vanilla bean exporter in Sri Lanka in terms of quantity as well as quality. Our unique traditional curing process gives us a competitive advantage to produce quality vanilla beans with great content of vanillin and vanilla seeds. Most of our customers praise our Ceylon vanilla beans‘ consistent quality who bought our bean from eBay store. Our long, soft, pliable planifolia vanilla beans with the has a sweet creamy aroma. We were able to get many awards to recognize our hard work as well.
Vanilla Lanka has been working closely with the Vanilla Growers association to get quality vanilla beans from our local farmers.
We have more than 91 vanilla cultivation societies spread in different areas in Sri Lanka. More than 1000 members in vanilla cultivation societies are from Kandy, Colombo, Matale, Gampola, Kegalla, Nuwara Eliya and Kurunegalla areas.
Also, our Vanilla Grower association is playing a main role to promote and direct Vanilla growers for more Vanilla cultivation. The Association also helps farmers by giving knowledge on vanilla cultivation as well as ensuring they get a good price for their harvest.
